This site meeting allows us to see the subject site and existing buildings, conduct a site analysis, understand your design brief, take required measurements. We can give guidance on budget, deliver technical design and construction advice and discuss the best approval pathway available to you. We will review any relevant property information you have with you. This can include available plans, surveys, reports, and certificates.

We take the time to listen to your scope of work, and we can talk about other things like your budget, lifestyle, functionality needs, style aesthetic - all sorts of things.
We give you individual and project specific advice and information conveniently in real time on-site with you.
